(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); ok so i realize i only have one post this is basically a brand new account im always on the forums just never really bothered to sign up but yeah ive searched everywhere for a cex rtm tool for ccapi and the ones i find either wont open even after running as admin extracting or wot not i mod w@w black ops 1 multiplayer gta v and a few other games just this one favour someone please send me a link ive just tried 4 or 5 rtms and they dont work ffs!

What windows do you use ?
Check that all dll's are in the folder after extracting the tools
