Download Debug Eboot(Multiplayer or Zombies,what ever you want), install it using multiMan(Go to games -> BLES(your bo1 region) -> USRDIR -> and place the eboot here.
Then just open some Black Ops Tool, Connect/Attach and you should be fine.
