You can use a normal eboot to play with others.

If you're trying to modify the game via EBOOT, it's best to use an EBOOT Builder, like the one recommended above.

Oh i forgot to mention that i want to play with gsc online with other players and Jakes625 told me to do that.

You can't play with other players unless the other player has injected the same exact gsc that you injected

i know that but when i asked jakes625 who made the injector, he told me to patch something in the eboot:
