Make sure the CCAPI and PS3LIB.dlls are updated and make sure the tools are updated as well.

Oh for Black Ops 1 you didn't say for which game well Geos tool is for Black Ops 2 but NixBeHacking has a tool for BO1 that has some zombies stuff in it
