I believe this should be easy enoght using ProDG Debugger and just to point out this has been done before but on mw3 as bass_haxor released the offsets for it and other people can see the name change but on mw2 MayhemModding released a tool with them in but its my understanding only the user of the tool can see the players names change on mw2
