Here is how I THINK the hacks are done.

I copy my savedata(cod4) file to my usb, place the code in the places the thread tells me to, copy it onto my ps3, bypass, play online, then use the special keys to activate the hacks?

Yeah pretty much got that right, but you need the Patch Blocker, and some patience as the Patch Blocker keeps you signed in for a short period of time, and the score u earned on CoD4 may not be saved to your profile.
