The problem is that when I go onto my Call of Duty 4 and I go onto look for a game mode to choose from it does not download them. It just says ' Downloading Game Settings' I had left this for 20 minutes and it still didn't load. If you have a fix to this please leave a comment how to do it. Thanks you guys.

what is your prestige and level?

ii am currently prestige 6 and it takes me 10mins for wait for that to go, ii think its something to do with your prestige level and lvl.. ? im nt sure,

or

i also heard that if you dont play the game on a regular basis , it takes to go away,

You probally just have bad internet it happens to me sometimes just turn of your router or whatever you use for 30 mins then try again, this is how i usally fix the problem. BTW I have really bad internet.

I had this problem too after going back to cod4 after mw2. After resetting my internet router by simply unplugging it from the wall, everything works normal. Leave the ps3 turned on while doing that.

Reset your router or just turn your ps3 off and try again. I had this problem when I first started playing MW, you'll get it.
