I tried. went into a race and went to quit and left it on yes. Toke out the disk and inserted cod4 then checked if it read as cod4. When it did I clicked yes and console froze with black screen.

my only suggestion is go out and buy restitance fall of man i bought it yesterday for $21 its not that much
