2. Can I do the hacks in England? I live in London, I can do the prestige hack and I can bypass with RFoM but When I made my own hacks they didn't work. Im not sure if it was to do with my 1st question but.. I could do hacks like superspeed, inf. ammo etc but only if the host was hosting the hacks.

errm well most people use notepad? if thats the kind of codes you're talking about, your know, like godmode, inf. ammo etc, but most of the hacks will only work if you're host online; whereas if you were playing with someone else while bypassed then you would get their hacks. So if you're not host then you will most likely not get your hacks that you made using HxD or notepad etc.
