Have you modded the right save file? you need to mod the save file after you do the delete the patch, then the game will make a new CoD4 savefile. Also, make sure both CM and MP folders are under 2kb size. HAS TO BE 1kb.

Did you wait aproximently 20 seconds once you select "Multiplay" ?
If you did then I have no idea.

yes ihave done both but when i click multiplayer it freezes and loads a new save which disables my code.

Right, um. Delete the CoD4 patch, and any CoD4 gamesaves, then do the bypass, then once done that a normal save game will load up, hack that one and then copy the hacked one into your gamesave and delete any other gamesaves.

yeah delete everything and bypass dont put in your hacks until your get the new save game data
