I think the code is bind button_back " set xbl_privatematch 0 ; set xbl_rankedmatch 1" keep pressing while gameloads, you have to invite the people also i think.

bind BUTTON_RSTICK "+melee;scr_game_playerwaittime 0;xblive_privatematch 0;xblive_rankedmatch 1;onlinegame 1;con_gamemsgwindow1msgtime 0"
Try that if it doesnt work
im not sure if +melee is right.
