maybe you have to do it by level like rank major then what ever's after. All you have to do is put it all into a bind code. Also maybe you can only go to the top of the prestige you're on or only the next prestige. So all you would have to do is set it to a time bind. You already know what I mean by a time bind lol. not gonna say it here cuz i don't think it's released yet.

"plevel" Is a fast file string, it can only be read in a patch file .gsc, how ever GPAD0_MP is a .cfg file, these file can only be read by commands.

But TACO I will look into this for you, I doubt you will get 11 prestige working because I dont think there is any possible way to string any sort of command through a config file, unless its through a patch that connect through the server side.
