I got the exact same problem i got minus like 10 billion exp bypassed and normal .. it says im lvl 1 but ive still got all my guns etc unlocked.

you all used the -xp bind just put you xp scale really high it will get bake to normal

find out how much -XP you have and make a XP hack with that amount

then 1 kill should get you back to normal

I dunno if its even possible to make an xp hack . there just ones for 2000xp and 15,000xp . So i guess im doomed : /
