In my MP i have these...

bind BUTTON_DPAD_UP "map mp_shipment"
bind DPAD_DOWN "toggle r_filmTweakInvert 1 0; toggle r_filmTweakbrightness 2 0; r_filmusetweaks 1; r_filmTweakenable 1"
bind BUTTON_LEFT "player_sustainAmmo 1"
set cg_drawShellshock "0"

How would i make the binds happen to everyone in game so everyone in the game can do these binds?

Also how would i go about doing these with the RFOM bypass

You would insert the codes in your R:FOM and CoD4 files created when first bypassing. ( Check Matto's tut) the only way the binds would work for everyone would if they had them too. The DVARs go after the set, and g :P. My suggestion would be at the beginning of the codes put set player_sustainAmmo "1" . Please thank my post if I helped.
