Cod4 servers really bad?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well i was playing cod 4 today and i could not get a hit marker on anyone and my accuracy is really good , so i was shooting this guy directly in the chest few bullets near the throat and didnt kill him then i had the PERFECT quickscope in this guys chest missed i was like wtf? took another shoot it was a PERFECT shot and he jumps on me and no scopes me i rage quit this happened to you guys?

I usually pull of a pretty nice quicksope and I relieze I didnt hit him. Some how? I usually just rage quit

Most Of the Time its because of lag.

Yea im constantly getting 1 or 2 bar connection, and im on PS3. It really sucks!
