If your going on to "Play Online" straight away, Don't because the "DOWNLOADING GAME SETTINGS" is screwing up the hacks, so just go into Split screen for like 20 seconds or so, then play online, it should get past the "DOWNLOADING GAME SETTINGS"

Yeah what jordypordy said, also make sure you dont have to much in the MP/CM files it can be over 1kb
