Your best bet is to buy a capture card. It's something with the best quality. Look at best buy. Dazzle is a good brand also.

I know what capture card to buy DUH but what about the cabes and where do i get em

ok, if you buy a dazzle,
buy a S-video/AV cable. normally around 10 £

plug your normal AV cables in your tv and plug the S-Video cable in your Dazzle
if you don't do this, you need to do Blind recording.
it got a way to late respons time and you only got a screen of 5x5 cm

yes very and like a dazzle which cost 70 quid is a very averge when most of the top class dazzles are aroung 400 quid lol onest
