so how did matto and all get the 11th prestige cause they got it b4 the jailbreak even came out

Hunter hosted lobbys before the ps3 JB, so he gave matto 11th because he helped hunter with the cod4 patch. Tacotime77 is more interesting, I think he got it from CM and MP hacking
