I think from what I've read that people go into splitscreen.. So, How do I get the hacks to carry over into multiplayer? I just want to unlock all the guns for use in MP whenever I want.

You go in Spiltscreen for a few seconds, and then you go to Play Online. This will prevent the codes being erased by CoD4.
