There that should work. Ive added it to your codes (in the code box above) but if you want just the code itself its;

    xblive_privatematch 0;xblive_rankedmatch 1;onlinegame 1

To use just start a private match and restart it with one of your fast restart codes. And it should make it ranked. (BTW. This can also be used to make Player 1 in splitscreen rank up towards your online profile)
