My point is... what happened to and entertaining videos being uploaded onto Machinma?
It makes me sad and nostalgic because all I ever see is "Seannanerse MW2 Commentary, 9000-1" or some other silly person that gets their paycheck for playing video games.
I miss the old times when there were USER as in users with under 20,000 subscriptions submitted videos to machinma...
Not only that but funny.
I'm quite curious to what you guys think, what's your opinions on the matter.

man these were the good days.......now machinima is full of try hards showing off how they can get a million kills but at the end they still loose the game LOL

The commentaries add like a personal level to the player; that makes the viewers keep coming back. When it's just straight up gameplay, you can't connect with the guy. It'll be the, "Yeah, he's a great player, but I'm not watching 10 minutes of gameplay," factor. At least that's what I think. I don't watch them too much, but when I do, I like when they talk about other things than the game. It's drab to me in any other way.

Good old CoD4 Machinma, damn i miss that.
Everything was just simple.
No try hards, just some fun and exciting gameplay.
If you make a QS montage now and in 1 shot you fully scope in, all the kiddies will comment that you hard scope.
CoD was way better 3 years ago.

What happend is that this was before everyone had a capcard and HAD to be famous on youtube. I mean, it's a pretty average montage and if it was uploaded to machinima now it would be trolled and hated on for ages. Because sooo many people can record and run around with a sniper then we (the CoD youtube community) expect a much better quality of montage and want to see some insane 5349304824 noscope quad across the map.

Because it got raped. Machinima became a evil corporation and now we have 12 year olds trying to be the next grizz.
