open it on my pc delete the mp file
and put 1 of the patch patch_mp_2 that i download from this site the link

search before u post and also just to let u know theres no way to use patchs unless ou own a downgrade mod chip or a ps3 firmware 3.41 and the jailbreak

yea thats right u just put it on ur usb stick go to the ps3 plug it in go to ur game saved data and transfer it. thats how i do it works a treat.......

No completely wrong, your mistaking patches for cm and mp codes. Completely different. To hack COD4 with a patch you need a jailbroken ps3, to hack COD4 with cm and mp codes you need to save your saved game data onto a usb, swap the cm codes and mp codes with your hack codes. Upload them back to your ps3 through your storage device and bypass COD4 using either patch blocker or resistance fall of man. If you dont have a jailbroken ps3 use the latter method.
