if you have RFOM look it up on youtube it's real simple.
if you dont have RFOM go to google and lookup Elite Mossy Patchblocker and find a link that will let you download it.
Download it and it will have your IP adress in it copy that down and hit START BLOCKING then come to your PS3 and go to NETWORK SETTINGS and do it normal untill you come to Proxy Server and click USE and then it will have the word Adress, type in your IP that you wrote down and then test your connections if succeeded you did it right. If you didn't redo it. ( If you did do it right, go to GAME DATA UTILITY and find COD4 and delete it and then come on COD4!)
