How I Can Tell It's Fake!
First, i could tell you how it's fake, he doesn't check if anyone is in his game until he leaves and he doesnt show that part (he fast fowarded it). Also the "Ghost" has the guys name, and as soon as he turns around the "Ghost" just happens to come. AND he doesnt shoot him in the head, he just put headshots only.

I always knew these were fake. Because Activision/Treyarch never said anything about ghost's and dont confirm them when you question about it.

In the end it's still a pretty good video, music freaked me out :|
