Nearly one year since it's creation, over 800,000 member sign-ups, nearly 1.5 million forum posts, and over 10 million copies of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare later.... it's time to say good-bye to what we've all come to collectively call our online home for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. As of June 23rd, CharlieOscarDelta.com will be deactivated, and the new InfinityWard.com community will be launched.

Don't worry, your account won't be lost; you’ll be given the option to transfer your account (username / password) to the new InfinityWard.com community on June 23rd when the new site launches. The new Infinity Ward community will become the one-stop destination for all your Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare news, updates, forum discussion, and feedback in addition to allowing you to be the first to know about future developments here at Infinity Ward. It will be the final destination for ALL of our future titles.

As I said, you'll be able to keep your account (username / password) on the new Infinity Ward community, however the CharlieOscarDelta.com forums will be shutting down. So if you have any important information, custom signatures, avatars, animated gifs, threads, or rick rolls you want to save and take with you to the new site, then be sure to save it so it's not lost. We will not be moving over the threads, signatures, avatars, etc. Only your Username / Password will be moved over.

I remember when we first came up with the concept for CharlieOscarDelta.com. We wanted to provide you with a place you could go for all your Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare news updates, but most importantly a place where you could provide us with your feedback on the game directly. All of your feedback, from day 1 of the beta nearly a year ago, to today has help mold what Call of Duty 4 online multiplayer is today. We can never thank all of you enough for the amount of support you've shown and continue to show the game EVERY DAY! You continue to keep it as one of the top online multiplayer games on all three platforms. Thank you!
