When I enter multiplayer, everything is fine. When I click find game or private match, it says "downloading game settings." It will say that for around 5-10 minutes. I don't know why, because none of my friends have the problem. Any help is appreciated

There is two ways i can think of to help this.

1, Restart your router then restart cod4 and you will not have it.

2, When you load go into split screen first then wait about 30 seconds then go online .
