Please reply if you know how or you have a link to video

ur talking about that place where people used to jump in through the balcony on beta right? not possible without freeze jump. the only possible way is either through the balcony (which is now covered with a plant) or trough the top (which has invisible walls that are too tall to jump from any building)

Way 1---Climb up the ladders, then jump onto the lampost, step back then run and jump.
Way 2---Old school/ Climb up the ladders, go to the back of the platform, then jump onto the very edge of it. Then jump again and you'll be up.
You can jump over onto the other little platform roof as well from here.
