The only difference is that you have to set off this glitch to drop a frag and the other thing is that this frag you'll possess will explode more quickly than a martyrdom frag grenade.

Primary: MP5+RDS+Blue Tiger
Secondary: M9
Special Grenade: Stun/Flash Grenade (No Smoke)
Perk1:Special/Frag GrenadesX3 (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED))
Perk2:Sonic Boom (VERY VERY VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
Perk3:Last Stand (<-Do you want this? The question is rhetorical!)

iNStrUCtIoNS:
1. Throw your 3 frags -------------\
OR > Wherever you think enemies are
1. Throw 2 of your special grenades/
2. Sprint a short distance (about 10-20 steps away from an enemy)
3. Press/Pull and hold LB or L2 (Special Grenade)
4. Jump as close as you can to your targets.
5. Get Shot
6. Laugh at the WTF faces your opponents have.

Unless you're on shipment on REGULAR HQ I don't recommend doing this.
