I dont think its possible to keep the patch and do it. But when you brought the variety pack it downloads to your PS3 so after you have done the hacks and are bored of them you can just install the maps again.

first plug ur usb in ur ps3
second copy cod4 into ur usb
third plug ur usb in the computer
four open grando_mp with notepad
fifth u will see cheatpoint than the number change the number to 30 than press save
six plug the usb back in ur ps3
seven copy the data from ur usb back to the cod4
u have all intels

ill post sinle player hack with no clip and infinite amoo with give all and god mode and i dnt think u dnt hav to delete patch....
