he means load up your stats by clicking online, then go back and click split screen and start the game. then click dpad up Winky Winky

u seem good at this set stats im not to good at it and have never tested any set stat codes but i can make them im working on ullock all challanges code wich will be very long but hopefully il reliese when Cg relieses his compression tool Happy ;bro;
