-i found this out from mw2 since im working on there(PS this is posted in the mw2 section but diff codes)

first,make your scrolling or flashing text with the say commands
"say ^1C^2G;wait 50;say ^2C^1G"

now add these wait commands to the beginning and end + only use vstr for these codes.

set a "wait 1;say ^1C^2G;wait 50;say ^2C^1G;wait 1;vstr a"

also,use the dvar cg_chatheight 1

and your done,this will now repeat what you have commanded without you even touching a button! If you want to stop the text,you wouldhave to set a different vstr or reset the code.
