EDIT: Just figured out how. Rename a big gsc to a cfg file. Delete everything in buttons_nomad.cfg and put

    exec renamed cfg here.cfg

Where the name is the renamed cfg.

Than in that cfg, put the output from the mod menu.

You can also put anything else here that you want. i believe statset and setplayerdata mods in mw2 will work here as well, so i just kinda released prestige hack on cod4.

Can't say the titles/emblems/challlenges as I would need to dump them from the pc console.

Not bad. Buti already knew so that but interesting you found nice. plus do you thing we can convert cod 4 patch to mw2 cause they carrey out the same cfg just wondering i can get codes from there if you want me to.

Cod4 and mw2 are very different patch_mp.ff wise. You just need to figure out how to get the cfg to execute in the patch mp ff. You will never be able to convert between games..

Actually, statSet was already exploited via save games a long time ago.

Also, unlock all was as well.

You think I don't know that. Oh and UK Viper==codglitcher. Viper didn't release my mod menu system or gen, I will say that. The fact remains though that save games have been exploited, but the patch mp for cfg has not, or you can correct me..

I did save-game modding myself, so I know what was up, just enlightening others who don't always think outside the box..
