Place this code in the SP folder in your cod4 save data. Start up Cod4 start single player and press select. It should take you straight into multiplayer bypassing the reading HDD. Not sure if it will so don't get angry Please confirm me if it works or not.

Tryed afew times and it didnt work for me. Just brought me to the multiplayer menu as usual

These are PC commands, just settings for the PC version to not allow mod downloads and stuff. Keep trying though
