I was top rank on my other account but i have reset it multiple times and i recently seen W@W put the old leaders back up for Kills but they boosted..Do you think the people that used statSets and change their time played will be removed for Cod4 leaderboards if something is done, if so the only person i know that never messed their account up after boosting for cod4 neither messed with statSets would make MR_M5 #1 again LOL let me know what you heard or know..

There won't be an update otherwise they would have done it at the same time as mw2. They don't care about CoD4 anymore.
