Do a barrel roll!
When I click yes, it says "An error has occured, Press the PS button to return to the home screen" When I click no it says "Press the PS button to return to the home screen"
It's not my cod4 cause I also but in my brothers cod4 and it said the same thing. It works on his ps3.

Corrupted Data. You probably downloaded someones folder and tried copying everything to urs... if you want to bypass and play with hacks only edit CM and MP txt files...
