You can get 3 friends in a party, then go into a team tactical lobby (Make sure you're the host). Then sign out and sign back in, if you did it right the lobby should be locked and nobody can join. Then you invite more friends (they can join by invite only). And you can so killstreaks, and boost. Hope that helped =]
