yeah. Thats REALLYYYYYYY old. On the last building, you dont need rockets. Just forward couple of times and your on. I always make it my 2 or 3rd try.

you can just jump it has a invisible barrier but just keep jumpin and jumpin on it then sprint and keep doin it and itt will let u up

OR.... you could just caryy on and follow the wall ALL the way around you can get on other buildings also

really old mate. before you jump down to the wall .
turn to your left. you can jump across to the other building .jump to the window ledge work your way down to the end. jump on the thin line this will take you to the other building to the left of where you were. the vid
