Can anyone get in these type of games if they are on your friends list?

You can have the basic mods but not in the friends list of the patch after the premium and admin section you must have your name in the patch

Ohh, theres only one hack i actually want, No Clip/UFO. I like to bounce when im bored, having that would be a time saver instead of doing all the glitches to get onto roofs, is there anyway i'd be able to get that?
