Im goin to teach you a little trick where when you play COD4 on P.C The Servers dont display .

First , On your primary account refresh your servers (None will display)

Secondly, Go back and make another account called (YourAccountName)2

Now on the second account Refresh your server list and they will display ,

Next Go on your first account and the servers will already be displayed ,

Now Play a Game With NO MODS and you should be able to refresh again
OR
Just click refresh ,

Now this fixed my problem so try this , and BTW it can also be cause by your port bein blocked
