Does it say your missing d3dx9_34.dll?

The error exactly says :

I think it's with your sound card o.o It did that to me but you just got to go to Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Then under Sound click Manage audio devices. Make sure you have Stereo Mix enabled... I THINK. I don't remember how I did it
