u just delete save data and start game and then u will go back to original

Dude, if you simply delete your Cod4 Saved Data.
Then just start up cod, then when you go to play online bit. Quit game.
Then you will just easily copy the new Cod4 Saved Data to your mem stick.
Leaving you with; Original CM.

Simple as that.
