Well u can set proxy server & download patch 1.20 instead of 1.30 but to bypass u just guta delete patch put ur hacks in start ^ cod4 & wen it tells u to update press o & try to sign in keep doin diz until ur sign in if u manage to bypass patch go to cage match & wait pasiently ........ O & welcome to da hackers world lol

to delete your patch, goto: game data utility, then look for cod4, then delete.
