OK guys for the change team hack delete everything in GPAD0_CM and paste this in:
set gpad_buttonsConfig "default_systemlink"
gpad_button_lstick_deflect_max "1"
set gpad_button_rstick_deflect_max "1"
set r_gamma "1"
set snd_volume "0.8"
set input_invertPitch "0"
set input_viewSensitivity "3"
set input_autoAim "1"
set gpad_sticksConfig "thumbstick_default"
Now, for the splitscreen one. For me what it did was(if you were host) change the game mode to TDM and the map to Backlot whenever you changed your clan tag in the lobby(this is the splitscreen default).
