But when i disable the PS3 Proxy my internet connection is back! WHy cant i connect to the internet with PS3 Proxy Server.

sounds like u do not have the correct ip settings.

check there the same or it could be something simple like u need to check the ps3 mode box.

also a hint for when ur using proxy to bypass lol as most firewalls dont let packets through

Just to check the obvious.. Is your PS3 Proxy started? You can only connect if the proxy is on, if that's how you've configured your PS3 connection settings.

Turn your firewall off. Also port forwarding from your router will make it run flawless.

Login to your router and forward port 8080 to your PC's IP address

yo can someone please post ar show me if there internet connection does not fail after starting proxy server.
THIS IS WHERE I GOT MY IP ADDRESS FROM
Start>Run>cmd
in command prompt i find IP ADDRESS: 192.168.2.2
and after that is subnet mask and blah blah blah....
is this where im supposed to find PC Ip address? if so why is it not working?
my firewall is off and i port forwarded 8080!!!
