before you bypass remember its easier with more friend on friend list and turn off auto sign in

1. BEFORE YOU TURN ON COD4 sign in and out twice giving a few seconds in between every time you sign in or out.
2. start cod4
3. skip install patch
4 sign in through ps button, dont install patch
5. if not signed in repeat step 4.

should work in 1-3 sign in attempts. usually works first try for me every time

this is basically the same way everyone else bypasses just sign in and out twice before starting cod4 to make it easier

Don't install the patch? OKAY, LOL.
i'll try it later, it all seems the same apart from the 'sign in and out 2 times'
which i don't understand will help.

I'll give it a shot tonight. I hope this finally let's me bypass as I want to do the xp hack.

I'll be trying this about 11 PM-ish.
So i hope someone gives feedback by then

This is the easiest most helpfull method on NGU. IT ACTUALLY WORKS. You can bypass as many times as you want whenever you want! Posted by me =D +rep me.

its the same as other methods just with an extra step in the begining

you sin in and out twice before you start cod4 and then when you try to bypass cod4 it works first or second try. its just a trick to make it easier to bypass
