Think this is your connection having problems,or the lobby having trouble connecting to you, Happens to me sometimes .

that was happening to me, then i transferred it again. Now it works ok.

the game is trying to migrate to a new host but your patch wont let it, so that error pops up.
what Shelbinheimer said is also part of that.
