I was just wondering if this was correct or have i done something wrong
or if the bypass has been patched completely.

Is their anyway at all now i can bypass this update to own some noobs with godmode.

Well, you can still bypass, it isn't fixed or anything.
If it doesn't work for you with only ps3 proxy, use commview in combination with proxy.
Seach the forum's and find a tut that uses ps3 proxy + commview ...
I believe it was posted by xxpostmanxx or something like that
