r_scaleviewport 0 = black screen, nothing (dont use)
r_scaleviewport 0.5 = Half of screen, quite good.
r_scaleviewport 1 = full screen, normal screen.You must login or register to view this content.
UPDATE: say text and any other type of printing will work off the screen (in the background)
UPDATE 2: you can change the background colour with r_clear 1 2 or 3

it should work for the config files on console, there isnt a way to stop this, this exploit is just like the green & blue screen trick, its all part of that.
