Try installing the 1.3 patch now using ps3 proxy.

Ive made this. You cant doit because the pkg are encrypted and have a digital signature and there is a hypervisor in ps3

Or you could just replace the url of the 1.3 patch with the 1.2 patch on your PC in PS3.proxy and then try and download it. It wouldn't affect the pkg's encryption, but the PS3 may not authenticate it....

I would try it, but I can't find a 1.2 BLES00148 patch... ANYWHERE :p

This is why I need to test it, because I'm not so sure- would CoD4 think that you've installed the 1.3 patch so you're on 1.3.8 servers, but you're playing on the 1.2 patch, or would it recognise the 1.2 patch and put you on those servers?
