(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok, i instaled the proxy and it told me to download the frameware and i do. then try to re instal and it tells me to download it. what am i doing wrong. yes im running as admin

Do you have a firewall? Do you have an anti virus that does "on access scanner" such as avast? If you do, turn those off and try again.

took off firewall and the avest thing still have same prob

Ok so it says you haven't installed .NET Framework, if I remember you need the version 1.1 or something along those lines, here install this one:

Yes you have to have .NET 1.1 . No others or it will not work!
